Minister Sakeena Itoo inaugurated a newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Devsar, Kulgam on September 20, 2023, cementing the Jammu and Kashmir government’s commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure in rural areas. Numerous officials, including MLA Peerzada Feroz Ahmad and senior district administration officers, attended the event to witness this significant development.
